We are happy to report that the workout facility was recently wiped down and cleaned this week. We had received reports that trash and debris had been left in the facility, as well as on the machines and that a few had become sticky. Since the workout room is self-policing, we ask that all owners please clean-up after themselves and report any maintenance issues directly to our office.
As part of our HVAC maintenance, we had the drip pans checked and the filters replaced on both HVAC units at the Clubhouse.
